Child Safety Standards
Our standards for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation and responding to child safety concerns.
1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Kumawat Vivah Portal has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content, conduct or activity that sexually exploits, abuses or endangers a child is strictly prohibited.
2. Adults Only
Kumawat Vivah Portal is an adult matrimonial platform intended only for people aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to create or use accounts on the platform.
3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users can report child safety concerns, illegal content, fake profiles or misuse through the reporting features available in the Kumawat Vivah app or website. Reports can also be sent directly to admin@kumawatvivah.com with relevant profile details, links, screenshots or other information that may help the review.
4. Review of Reports
Reported profiles and content are reviewed by the Kumawat Vivah Portal admin team. We assess available information and take appropriate action based on the nature and severity of the concern.
5. Enforcement and Cooperation with Authorities
Accounts or content that violate these safety standards may be removed, suspended or blocked. Kumawat Vivah Portal may report relevant matters to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law or necessary to protect child safety.
6. Compliance
Kumawat Vivah Portal complies with applicable child safety laws and Google Play child safety standards. We may update these standards as legal or platform requirements change.
