Kumawat Vivah Portal
Safe Matrimony Guidelines
Your safety is our priority. Follow these guidelines while using Kumawat Vivah Portal and before taking any matrimonial decision.
1. Introduction
Kumawat Vivah Portal is created to help Kumawat Samaj members and families connect for genuine matrimonial purposes. While the portal provides verification, moderation and safety features, every user and family must remain careful, alert and responsible while communicating with any prospective match. These Safe Matrimony Guidelines are designed to help you protect your privacy, avoid fraud, verify information and make informed decisions.
2. Verify Before Proceeding
Before moving forward with any alliance, users and families should independently verify all important details. Portal verification improves trust but should not be treated as a complete legal, social, financial, medical or background verification.
3. Details You Should Verify
- Full name and identity of the person.
- Age and date of birth.
- Marital status and previous marriage details, if any.
- Education qualification and certificates.
- Occupation, business, job profile and income details.
- Family background and family members.
- Address, city, native place and residence details.
- Gotra, Samaj/community details and social references.
- Health, lifestyle and other important personal details.
- Any legal, financial or family matter relevant to marriage decision.
4. Involve Family and Trusted Persons
Matrimonial decisions should not be taken in hurry or secrecy. Always involve parents, guardians, siblings, relatives, trusted community members or family well-wishers before serious discussions, meetings, engagement or marriage finalization. Family involvement reduces risk and improves decision quality.
5. Do Not Send Money or Financial Help
Never send money, gifts, loans, recharge, travel fare, medical help, emergency help, UPI payment, bank transfer, wallet transfer, cryptocurrency, gift card or any financial support to any prospect or family member. Fraudsters may create emotional stories or emergency situations to request money. Kumawat Vivah Portal is not responsible for financial transactions between users.
6. Protect Your Private Information
- Do not share OTP, password, login credentials or account access.
- Do not share bank account details, card details, UPI PIN or financial passwords.
- Do not share Aadhaar, PAN, passport, salary slip, bank statement or property documents casually.
- Do not share private photos, videos or sensitive documents with unknown persons.
- Do not share home address too early without family involvement.
- Do not click suspicious links sent through chat, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- Do not install any unknown app or remote access application on someone’s request.
7. Communicate Carefully
Use respectful and family-friendly communication. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information in early conversations. If any person uses abusive language, pressurizes you, asks for secrecy, demands money or behaves suspiciously, stop communication and report the profile to Kumawat Vivah Portal support.
8. Safe Meeting Guidelines
- Meet only after proper family discussion and basic verification.
- Prefer meeting with family members or trusted persons.
- Choose a public and safe place for initial meetings.
- Inform family/friends about meeting place, date and time.
- Do not travel alone to unknown or isolated locations.
- Do not share hotel room, private residence or secluded meeting location in early stages.
- Avoid carrying large cash, jewellery or important documents during meetings.
- If you feel uncomfortable, leave the meeting and inform your family immediately.
9. Video Call and Identity Check
Before serious discussions, families may consider video calls and identity checks to reduce impersonation risk. However, video calls should also be conducted respectfully and safely. Do not record, misuse or share another person’s video, photo or personal information without consent.
10. Beware of Common Red Flags

11. Profile Photo and Document Safety
Upload only genuine and appropriate photos to Kumawat Vivah Portal. Do not upload photos of someone else without consent. Do not share private documents directly with other members unless you and your family have properly verified the person and are comfortable. Proof documents uploaded to the portal are meant for verification and are not publicly displayed.
12. Avoid External Data Misuse
Member information on Kumawat Vivah Portal must be used only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Do not copy, scrape, download, sell, forward, publish, or misuse profile information, photos, mobile numbers, email IDs or family details. Misuse of member data may lead to account suspension and legal action.
13. Beware of Fake Job, Visa, NRI and Foreign Settlement Claims
Some fraudsters may make false claims about high salary, foreign job, NRI status, visa processing, business opportunities or settlement abroad. Always verify documents, workplace, references, identity and family background independently. Do not pay any fee, processing charge, ticket cost or emergency amount to any prospect.
14. Check Social and Family References
Before finalizing any alliance, families should verify social references, community references, relatives, workplace details, native place, education records and family background. Kumawat Vivah Portal may support Samaj verification, but final verification should be done by the families.
15. Do Not Rush Decisions
Marriage is an important life decision. Do not finalize an alliance under pressure, emotional manipulation, urgency, fear, secrecy or incomplete information. Take enough time to understand the person, family, values, expectations, health, lifestyle, financial responsibility and compatibility.
16. Report Suspicious Activity
If you notice any fake profile, money demand, abuse, harassment, impersonation, wrong photo, privacy violation, obscene content, fraud attempt or suspicious behaviour, report it immediately to Kumawat Vivah Portal. Early reporting helps protect other community members.

Action will depend on the seriousness of the complaint and available proof.
19. Portal Limitation
Kumawat Vivah Portal provides digital tools, verification support and safety guidelines. However, the portal cannot guarantee the conduct, background, truthfulness, compatibility or future actions of any user.
