1. Introduction

Kumawat Vivah Portal is created for genuine matrimonial connections within Kumawat Samaj. Every member is expected to use the portal with honesty, dignity, respect and responsibility. These Community Guidelines explain what behaviour is allowed, what is not allowed, and what actions the portal may take if guidelines are violated.

2. Genuine Matrimonial Purpose Only

The portal must be used only for lawful and genuine matrimonial purposes. Users must not use Kumawat Vivah Portal for dating, casual relationships, friendship requests, time-pass conversations, commercial promotion, job offers, political promotion, religious conversion, fundraising, business marketing, spam or any non-matrimonial activity.

3. Who Can Create a Profile

  • A person legally eligible for marriage may create their own profile.
  • A parent, guardian, sibling or authorised family member may create a profile with the consent of the concerned bride or groom.
  • Profiles must be created only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
  • The profile creator is responsible for accuracy of all submitted details.
  • Profiles must represent a real person and not a fake, fictional or impersonated identity.

4. Accurate Profile Information

Users must provide true, updated and complete profile information. Details such as name, age, gender, marital status, education, occupation, income range, family background, location, gotra, Samaj details, photos and partner preferences must not be false, exaggerated, hidden, misleading or manipulated.

5. Respectful Communication

  • Communicate politely and respectfully with other members and families.
  • Use dignified language suitable for matrimonial discussions.
  • Respect another member’s decision if they are not interested.
  • Do not repeatedly contact, pressure, harass or disturb any member.
  • Do not insult, threaten, abuse, mock, shame or emotionally manipulate any user.
  • Avoid arguments related to caste, religion, politics, income, looks, family status or personal choices.

6. Family-Friendly Behaviour

Kumawat Vivah Portal is a family-oriented matrimonial platform. Users must maintain social dignity and family-friendly behaviour in profile content, communication, photos, meetings and interactions. Any vulgar, obscene, sexually suggestive, disrespectful or inappropriate behaviour is strictly prohibited.

7. Photo Guidelines

  • Upload only your own genuine and recent photos.
  • Do not upload photos of another person without consent.
  • Do not upload celebrity photos, stock photos, fake photos or AI-generated profile photos.
  • Do not upload blurred, misleading, heavily edited or manipulated photos intended to deceive.
  • Do not upload obscene, vulgar, revealing, offensive or inappropriate images.
  • Do not upload group photos where identity is confusing unless allowed by the portal.
  • Photos may be approved, rejected, hidden, watermarked or removed by the portal.

8. Documents and Verification

If documents are requested for verification, users must upload genuine and valid documents only. Fake, edited, expired, unrelated, stolen or misleading documents are not allowed. Verification documents are used only for verification and safety purposes and are not publicly displayed. The portal may reject or suspend profiles if documents are suspicious or unverifiable.

9. Prohibited Profile Content

  • False, misleading or exaggerated personal details.
  • Fake, duplicate or impersonated profile information.
  • Wrong age, marital status, education, occupation, income or family information.
  • Abusive, offensive, vulgar, hateful or discriminatory content.
  • Personal attacks, threats or defamatory statements.
  • Commercial advertisements, business promotion or external service promotion.
  • Dating, friendship, casual relationship or non-matrimonial content.
  • External links, spam links, suspicious links or harmful links.
  • AI-generated, deepfake or manipulated content intended to mislead.
  • Content violating law, privacy, intellectual property or social dignity.

10. Prohibited User Conduct

  • Creating fake or duplicate profiles.
  • Creating profile without consent of the concerned person.
  • Using the portal for dating, time-pass, friendship or commercial purposes.
  • Harassing, stalking, threatening or abusing other users.
  • Demanding money, gifts, recharge, travel fare, loan or financial help.
  • Sending spam messages or repeated unwanted interest requests.
  • Scraping, copying, downloading, selling or misusing member data.
  • Sharing another member’s photos, profile details or contact information without consent.
  • Attempting to hack, bypass, scan, overload or misuse the portal.
  • Uploading malware, harmful files, bots, scripts or automated scraping tools.

11. Privacy and Data Respect

Members must respect the privacy of other users and families. Information available on Kumawat Vivah Portal must be used only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Users must not copy, publish, forward, sell, store in external databases, share in WhatsApp groups, post on social media, or use member information for marketing, harassment or any unauthorized purpose.

12. Financial Safety Rule

Users must not ask for money, loan, gift, recharge, bank transfer, UPI payment, travel fare, emergency help, medical support, investment, processing fee or any financial favour from other members. Users should never send money to any prospect. Money demand or financial fraud attempt may lead to immediate suspension and legal action.

13. No Harassment or Pressure

  • Do not pressure any member for quick marriage, engagement, meeting or phone call.
  • Do not force anyone to share photos, documents, salary details, address or private information.
  • Do not continue communication after rejection or no response.
  • Do not threaten, blackmail, emotionally manipulate or insult any member.
  • Do not involve in stalking, repeated calls, abusive messages or social media harassment.

14. No Discrimination or Hate Speech

Kumawat Vivah Portal does not allow hateful, discriminatory, insulting or humiliating content based on caste, sub-caste, religion, gender, disability, language, region, financial status, family background, appearance, marital history or personal choices. Matrimonial preferences may be stated respectfully, but abusive or discriminatory language is not allowed.

15. No Commercial Use

The portal must not be used for business promotion, lead generation, marketing, advertising, event promotion, coaching, property, finance, loan, job consultancy, religious/political promotion, social media promotion, third-party matrimonial services, or any commercial activity. Member data must not be used for commercial gain.

16. Account Security Responsibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account, password and OTP secure. Do not share login credentials with anyone. Any activity performed from your account may be treated as your responsibility unless proven otherwise. Report unauthorized access immediately to helpdesk@kumawatvivah.com.

17. Reporting Violations

If you see a fake profile, abusive message, fraud attempt, money demand, impersonation, privacy violation, wrong photo, harassment, obscene content, spam or any suspicious activity, report it to Kumawat Vivah Portal at helpdesk@kumawatvivah.com with profile ID, screenshots, date/time and explanation.

18. Portal Review and Moderation

Kumawat Vivah Portal may review profiles, photos, documents, messages, reports, payment activity, login activity and user behaviour for safety and compliance. The portal may approve, reject, hide, edit, restrict, suspend or delete content or accounts that violate these guidelines or create safety concerns.

19. Actions for Violation

  • Warning or advisory message.
  • Profile edit request or correction request.
  • Photo rejection or content removal.
  • Temporary restriction of profile visibility or features.
  • Suspension of account or membership.
  • Deletion of profile or permanent blocking.
  • Cancellation of plan benefits in case of misuse.
  • Reporting to legal authorities where required.

20. No Refund for Policy Violation

If a user’s account is suspended, restricted, deleted or blocked due to fake information, misconduct, fraud, abusive behaviour, data misuse, commercial use or violation of portal policies, refund of active plans, coins, wallet balance or premium services may not be provided, unless required by law.

21. Community Responsibility

Kumawat Vivah Portal depends on community trust. Every member and family should help maintain a respectful and safe environment by providing genuine information, communicating responsibly, reporting suspicious activity and protecting the dignity of the Samaj.

22. Updates to Guidelines

Kumawat Vivah Portal may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Updated guidelines will be published on the website. Continued use of the portal after changes means acceptance of the updated guidelines.
