Please read these terms carefully before using Kumawat Vivah Portal services. By using this portal, you agree to follow these rules and policies.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Kumawat Vivah Portal. This platform is created for Kumawat Samaj members and families to create verified matrimonial profiles, search suitable matches, express interest, and communicate for lawful matrimonial purposes. By accessing, registering, browsing, or using Kumawat Vivah Portal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Safe Matrimony Guidelines, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Community Guidelines, and other policies published on the website. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this portal.

2. Nature of Service

Kumawat Vivah Portal is a community-based matrimonial facilitation platform. The portal provides digital tools for profile creation, profile verification, search, shortlisting, interest sharing, communication, and community-based matchmaking support. Kumawat Vivah Portal is not a marriage guarantee service, broker, legal verifier, investigation agency, or mediator. Users and families are responsible for independently verifying all details before proceeding with any matrimonial alliance.

3. Eligibility

  • The person whose profile is created must be legally eligible for marriage under applicable Indian law.
  • Generally, the minimum legal marriageable age is 21 years for male and 18 years for female, or as updated under applicable law.
  • The profile must be created only for genuine matrimonial purposes.
  • A parent, guardian, sibling, relative, or authorised person may create a profile only with the consent of the concerned bride or groom.
  • The user must be a Kumawat Samaj member or connected with Kumawat Samaj as per the portal verification process.
  • Users must not create fake, duplicate, misleading, commercial, or non-matrimonial profiles.

4. Registration and Profile Information

Users agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and during profile updates. This may include name, gender, date of birth, mobile number, email address, education, occupation, family details, address, city, state, gotra, Samaj details, marital status, partner preference, photos, and verification documents where required. Providing false, incomplete, misleading, outdated, AI-generated, manipulated, or third-party information may result in profile rejection, suspension, deletion, or permanent blocking.

5. Samaj Verification and Admin Approval

Kumawat Vivah Portal may use a verification process to improve trust and safety. Verification may include mobile verification, email verification, admin approval, Samaj reference, identity proof, profile review, photo moderation, or other checks. However, verification on the portal does not guarantee that all information provided by a user is legally, socially, financially, medically, or personally accurate. Users and families must conduct their own due diligence before finalizing any relationship.

6. Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, password, OTP, and account access.
  • Users must not share their password or OTP with anyone.
  • Users must not allow unauthorized access to their account.
  • Users must not use another person’s account.
  • Users must not attempt to hack, scan, scrape, misuse, or interfere with the portal.
  • Kumawat Vivah Portal will never ask users to share their password.

7. User Responsibilities

  • Use the portal only for lawful matrimonial purposes.
  • Verify details of any prospective match independently.
  • Involve family members or trusted persons before serious discussions.
  • Do not share bank details, OTP, passwords, or financial information with other users.
  • Do not send money, gifts, loans, recharge, travel fare, or financial help to any prospect.
  • Do not use abusive, obscene, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language.
  • Do not upload fake, vulgar, copyrighted, AI-generated, misleading, or third-party photos.
  • Do not promote dating, casual relationships, extra-marital relationships, illegal activities, or commercial solicitation.
  • Do not misuse member data for marketing, scraping, resale, WhatsApp groups, external databases, or business purposes.

8. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • False, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating content.
  • Obscene, sexually explicit, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, abusive, or hateful content.
  • Content that harms minors or violates privacy.
  • Content promoting violence, discrimination, illegal activity, gambling, money laundering, fraud, or exploitation.
  • Viruses, malware, bots, scraping scripts, or harmful code.
  • Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement.
  • AI-generated, deepfake, edited, or manipulated photos/videos intended to mislead users.
  • Promotion of competitor services, commercial advertisements, or non-matrimonial activity.
  • Contact details in restricted fields where portal rules do not allow them.

9. Profile Photos and Documents

Users must upload only genuine, recent, and appropriate photos. Photos may be reviewed, approved, rejected, watermarked, hidden, or removed by Kumawat Vivah Portal. Identity proof, Samaj proof, or verification documents are collected only for verification and security purposes and are not publicly displayed. The portal may restrict access to sensitive documents and keep them in protected storage.

10. Communication Between Members

Users are solely responsible for communication with other members through phone, WhatsApp, chat, email, meetings, or any other medium. Kumawat Vivah Portal is not responsible for misrepresentation by any member, personal disputes, financial transactions, marriage decisions, cancellations, disagreements, family disputes, or conduct of any member outside the portal. Families should independently verify identity, background, education, occupation, income, marital status, and other important details before finalizing any alliance.

11. Payments, Membership Plans and Coins

Kumawat Vivah Portal may offer free and paid services, including membership plans, profile visibility, contact access, featured profile options, wallet/coins, or other premium features. By purchasing a paid service, the user agrees to the plan details, validity, features, and price displayed at the time of purchase. Coins or wallet balance, if provided, may be used only within Kumawat Vivah Portal and cannot be converted into cash unless expressly stated by the portal.

12. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds, cancellations, failed payments, duplicate payments, and plan-related issues will be handled as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the portal. Generally, once a digital membership, plan, or service is activated or used, it may not be refundable except where required by law or where the portal approves a refund due to technical error or duplicate payment.

13. Suspension or Termination

  • Kumawat Vivah Portal may suspend, restrict, reject, hide, or delete any profile without prior notice if the profile is fake, duplicate, misleading, or non-genuine.
  • The portal may take action if the user violates these Terms or any other portal policy.
  • The portal may suspend or delete accounts that misuse member data, upload prohibited content, behave abusively, commit fraud, or create legal/safety concerns.
  • Payment fraud, chargeback misuse, or suspicious activity may lead to account suspension or service restriction.
  • No refund shall be guaranteed in cases of violation, misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

14. Content Rights

By uploading profile information, photos, success stories, testimonials, or other content, the user grants Kumawat Vivah Portal permission to store, display, process, moderate, and use such content for providing portal services. The portal will not sell personal profile data to advertisers. Publicly approved success stories or testimonials may be shown only with user consent.

15. Limitation of Liability

Kumawat Vivah Portal provides services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The portal does not guarantee a successful match, marriage finalization, compatibility, accuracy of every user-provided detail, continuous service, or complete protection from fraud despite reasonable safety measures. Users and families must take independent decisions after proper verification.

16. Grievance and Support

For support, complaints, abuse reports, profile concerns, refund issues, or privacy requests, users may contact Kumawat Vivah Portal at helpdesk@kumawatvivah.com. Users should provide complete details such as registered mobile/email, profile ID, screenshots, transaction ID, date/time, and a clear explanation wherever applicable. Grievance Officer, address, and working hours may be updated on the Grievance / Report Abuse page.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, unless another jurisdiction is legally required.

18. Changes to Terms

Kumawat Vivah Portal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the portal after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
